It’s hard to believe but Election Day is finally, finally here. It has been quite a ride, hasn’t it?

I just keep wondering what we’re all going to talk and read about and watch on the news when there’s no more stump speeches and Tina Fey skits.

Well, I did my civic duty at 7:30 this morning and my voting machine looked just like this one.  It worked like a charm (at least I think it did).

Time to Choose, America

I keep hearing things about electronic voting machines not working and I wonder how that can be…the ATM always works.  Always gives me the correct amount of money, never gives me a $20,000 credit I didn’t deserve.  If we can make ATMs so dependable, why can’t we get it right with the voting machines?  Just something I was thinking about this morning as I stood in line.
